Lynn Berger is a Senior Vice President and National Account Manager at Cantor Fitzgerald Capital, a division of Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. an open-architecture wholesale distribution platform that intends to distribute public and private real estate investment programs, 1031 exchange products, credit programs, and other alternative investments.  Lynn is  tasked with building and leading the company’s first Broker Dealer Relationship Team which will support executives, due diligence officers and marketing officers to increase awareness of Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. and help drive sales and product distribution.
 
Lynn brings 19 years of experience in the financial services and alternative investment industry.

Lynn earned a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Lynn currently holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses. Lynn also has the CAIA Fundamentals in Alternatives designation and the CRPC designation.
